Open water swimming presents unique challenges—sighting, pacing, navigating crowds, and managing nerves— and mastering these can make all the difference on race day. Our expert-led session covers everything from foundational techniques like breathing and body position to advanced strategies for starts, drafting, turns, and efficiency in unpredictable conditions.

 

SUP CLINIC

Standup paddle boarding (SUP) is gaining popularity as a triathlon swim alternative and a fun, challenging sport of its own. This clinic will help you paddle more efficiently, handle varying water and weather conditions, and build confidence on the board.

Learn proper stroke technique, buoy turns, safety, and more. Whether you’re racing in the SUP division or just love being on the water, this clinic is designed to sharpen your SUP skills.

OPEN WATER SWIM

Build confidence, fitness, and skill in open water with this weekly training series. Whether you’re training for a triathlon, prepping for a swim event, or just want to get more comfortable in open water, this is your chance to log intentional, supported practice.

Held over multiple weeks, each session offers a safe, structured environment to work on pacing, sighting, and navigating race-like conditions—perfect for beginners and experienced athletes alike.
