In the open water swim clinic you will get tips, advice and training from professional swim and triathlon coaches! Clinics are great for beginners, new triathletes, anyone new to open water swimming, as well as intermediate and advanced athletes looking to improve their technique and strategy.
The Open Water Swim Series is an 10 week event consisting of a swim/run sequence. It is designed as a weekly practice & training opportunity for anyone considering or planning on participating in a triathlon. Also a great event for swimmers who want to get out in the open water!
Watermelon 5k Series
A weekly 5k run series offers regular training and competition on a non-weekend day. You have your big races planned, long training runs scheduled, and BBQs to attend on the weekends but you can stay or get in race shape with the Watermelon 5k Series on Wednesday evenings.
Stick around after your swim and/or run for post-event Beach Yoga. Help cool down and stretch out your muscles with local yoga instructors. Yoga will help decrease risk of injuries and improve the health and strength of your muscles.
Watermelon & drinks will be provided every event.
BBQ Nights– July 12th & August 16th
Twice a summer we have a BBQ following the event to celebrate your accomplishments & to socialize.
